DiaTrak's Blood Glucose Manager features an easy-to-use data
entry interface that captures date, time, test type, measurement and optional
notes. Your most-recent entries (you can choose up to 30 days worth) are also
displayed for easy access to editing features. The ability to upload data
directly from your meter will be released in September of 2003.
In addition to capturing data, DiaTrak also gives you the option to transmit
your information directly to your physician or caregiver. Test results are sent
in a timeline format for easy identification of trends. The chart below shows
an example of trending higher in the mornings and afternoons.
What is high and what is low? The default low is set to 80 mg/dl, and high is
set to 120 mg/dl, but since everyone has different thresholds for low/high
blood glucose, DiaTrak lets you decide by providing settings in 'My Profile' so
that your charts are customized to your needs.

Your information is accompanied by a detailed chart showing
your levels for the date range that you have specified in 'My Profile'. A
target range band is provided for your convenience. High glucose levels are
indicated by blue shading, and low levels are indicated by red shading for
easy, quick identification of potential problems. DiaTrak also provides
analysis of range results to let you know approximately how often your
measurements are high, low and in range.
Use the Glucose Manager to track your blood glucose or ketone levels. This data
is used in conjunction with your insulin dosage records to help your physician
and nutritionalist determine correct dosage and food intake regimens.
