Weight Manager


DiaTrak's Weight Manager is a convenient way to keep track of your weight loss (or gain) goals. Keeping a journal of your weight helps you to fine-tune your diet to gain the balance you need. Simply store your weight once a day to keep a graphical journal of your progress. Customizable features for this page include the ability to choose how many days of weight history to display (up to one year), and a means of setting a target range for the chart.

Your weight information is accompanied by a detailed chart showing your weight fluctuation over time. Your customized target range is also indicated in light green with blue shading for above-target weight and red for below-target weight.
